Administrative Rules
Utah Administrative Rules related to the Board of Pardons and Parole are found in Administrative Code Title R671. This link will take you to Utah's Administrative Code. To find Board rules you will need to scroll through the listing of individual agencies until you find "Pardons (Board of)." Within that section you will find all of the Board's rules.
